When you have a lot of vegetables at home and you don't know how to cook them. Why not try making a vegetable lasagna. This lasagna is not like the usual lasagna that we order in restaurants. This is all meatless and different vegetables are being used. Even if this lasagna is meat-free every layer is designed for maximum flavor. Kids who hate eating vegetables will enjoy eating this. Try this. It is easy to make, healthy to eat and meat-free.
